I've been working on this on and off for the past month. I was starting to think it would never be done! I really lacked motivation to finish. But here it is, a picture of my character Tempest I meant to do for over a year, now. I'm kind of glad I waited; it would have been a lot worse last year.

Ahhhh, this is just so lovely! I absolutely adore your style, and the character design bwaaaaah
He's entirely well-composed, and everything about him flows really well: the colours of her outfit, the style of his outfit, everything combined with his jewellery~~~ And then cloooothing folds those are just so hard I can't
but you've managed to do them absolutely wonderfully! The clothing flows magnificently, but I think the most important thing for flow in this picture is his hair, and it certainly doesn't fail expectations. geeeze the amount of detail in it, but mainly I just love all of the curls~ Buuh those wings so poofy and the hair so poofy and Tempest you're so lovely
Then the background.
Looking at your backgrounds really makes me want to participate in that weekly background group so I can work up to backgrounds like yours~!
